Data Deletion Instructions

Ai Marketing Technology, a brand operated by WIGOH LLC and its affiliate IND WIGOH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, lets businesses connect their Facebook Pages and WhatsApp Business accounts to our Services. This page explains how to stop that access and how to ask us to delete the data we hold. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why.

1. STOP ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNTS

Any of these steps stops us from receiving new data straight away.

1. In our dashboard: open Connections, select Facebook Lead Ads, and click Disconnect. This unsubscribes your Pages from lead notifications. To stop WhatsApp messages, turn off "Send to new leads" in the WhatsApp settings on the same page.
2. In Facebook: go to Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations, select our app, and click Remove.
3. In Meta Business Suite: go to Business settings, Accounts, WhatsApp accounts, select your account, open Partners, and remove Ai Marketing Technology.

2. ASK US TO DELETE YOUR DATA

To delete the lead data, Page details and WhatsApp message records we hold for your business, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your business name and the Facebook Pages or WhatsApp number concerned.

We may ask you to confirm your identity. We then delete the data and confirm by email. Deleted data may remain in backup copies for a limited time, as described in our Privacy Policy, but it is not used and is not available in the Services.

3. IF YOU SUBMITTED A LEAD FORM

If you filled in a Facebook or Instagram lead ad form, or received a WhatsApp message, from a business that uses our Services, we process your details on that business's behalf. Please contact that business first to access or delete your data. You can also email [email protected] with the business name and your phone number or email, and we will help that business respond. To stop WhatsApp messages from that business, reply STOP or block the number in WhatsApp.
